Registration Update:

Vendor registration is now open for the 2024 festival! Please carefully read the directions below on registration, as well as our refund policy and restrictions.


Directions to Register:

All vendor and sponsor registrations must be completed on our website through PayPal. We will not accept payment through any other methods. Registration options are located at the bottom of this page. Please review the step by step instructions below should you have any issues with registering. To skip ahead to the registration, please scroll below to the next section. Note: Your registration will not be complete until payment is made.

  1. Carefully read the notices below regarding special instructions for vendors, our restricted items policy, as well as our refund policy.

  2. Scroll below and click on your desired registration option (e.g. Gold Sponsor - 2024).

  3. A new page will open showing your selection. Be sure to read all information on this page including details on restricted items and our refund policy. Enter the appropriate quantity (e.g. “1”), and click the blue “Purchase” button.

  4. Fill out the Vendor/Sponsor Registration Form and click the blue “Purchase” button at the bottom of the form.

  5. A new page will open. Enter your email address and complete the required information for payment through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will need to create one.

  6. Once your registration has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.


Attention All Food Vendors:

A "Temporary Food Service Vendor Permit Application" must be filed with the Nassau County Department of Health (NCDOH) at LEAST THREE (3) FULL BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT (must submit by 10/1/2024). For more info visit www.grandbaldwinfestival.com/vendors.


Refund Policy

Requests for refunds will be considered up until 30 days BEFORE the event. Otherwise, there will be NO REFUNDS. If you do not show up for the event, your fee will not be refunded. If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, no refunds or accommodations will be made.


Restricted Items

In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, items not suitable for individuals under the age of 18, will not be allowed at the Festival. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Weapons (knives, guns, BB guns, etc.)

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Tobacco, vaping, smoking paraphernalia, drugs (including items promoting drug use) or drug paraphernalia)

  • Stink bombs, smoke bombs, fireworks, or any other hazardous items

  • Items with profane or crude language or imagery

Additionally vendors are asked not to advertise/display any photographs, replicas, etc. of these items as available for sale.
